Pam’s testimonials for staff and organisational development

The challenge – a newly formed team of very different individuals with different experiences who needed to start to pull together as a team – a real culture change for them.

The solution – bespoke teambuilding expertly provided by Pam Morgan. Some of the team were thoroughly cynical, some “far too busy” to be there and there was even the “totally hostile” among them. Pam’s honest and open approach aligned with real expertise, engaging techniques and a lovely sense of fun made what had could have been just another corporate away day into a really great experience. Even the “totally hostile” one enjoyed the day! Not only is she really good at what she does, she is also a warm and wonderful person. I would highly recommend her! Sue Martin, Head of Campaign & Supporter Engagement, Campaigns & Supporter Engagement Office, University of Reading

‘Pam is a very experienced Learning and Development professional, with a key understanding of behavioural and motivational tools. She has a proven track record of facilitation across groups at all levels and has been a leading contributor to our personal development strategy. Staff responded positively and without reservations to Pam’s personal warmth and participative style. She creates a supportive learning environment in which staff feel they can express themselves and trust in her integrity and professionalism. Pam understands that managing major organisational change often causes stress and uncertainty for staff and her empathic skills provide calm and practical approaches that develop staffs’ confidence in the future. She balances a friendly manner with an authoritative knowledge of managing organisational change. I would have no hesitation in recommending her engagement in staff developmental programmes.” Pat Usher MBE
