A murder mystery race night

Working together with Lambourn Racing, we are delighted to offer our charity race night murder mystery:  Murder Stakes.

Inter-Course Racing is a fun addition to our racing themed murder mystery, Murder Stakes. A personalised race card is placed on each chair with each card containing the names of horses, especially created by Lambourn Racing, by using the names of your attending guests and sponsors – and also details of your fundraising objectives.

Three races are then run during the evening. The first race is run after the main course, the second after the dessert and the third during the cheese and coffee. Before the start of a race, each horse is auctioned by our Master of Ceremonies and of the money raised 50% will go to the winning owner, or syndicate, with the other 50% going to your charity.

The additional cost for Inter-Course Racing is £300 (within 30 miles of Southampton).

Murder Stakes

Jim Carner is one of England’s most successful racehorse trainers… and one of the richest. He lives in considerable luxury with his girlfriend in a beautiful old Georgian manor house in the Widdleshire countryside. It’s no secret that he has made a will, in which there are very generous provisions for his girlfriend, his sister, and even his housekeeper. So do any of them have sufficient motive to hasten his death? You bet they do – it’s a racing certainty!

Murder Mystery Race Nights are available to charities only.
